Your GDPR Rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights regarding any personal data Hubnix holds about you.
Right of Access (Art. 15)
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will provide it in a structured, commonly used format within 30 days.
Right to Rectification (Art. 16)
If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction without undue delay.
Right to Erasure (Art. 17)
You can request deletion of your personal data. We will comply unless we have a legal obligation to retain it (e.g., Italian tax law requires invoice data for 10 years).
Right to Restriction (Art. 18)
You can request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while we verify accuracy of data you have contested.
Right to Data Portability (Art. 20)
You can receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV) and transmit it to another controller.
Right to Object (Art. 21)
You can object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time. We will cease processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.
Right to Withdraw Consent (Art. 7)
Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., contact form), you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority:
